yummy banana muffins

Happy day lovelies!

While at Clint's place this past week a cold has been going around and now it has come to me. All week in order to try and avoid getting the cold I have been living off peppermint tea with honey and echinacea.
I felt like I was getting the cold all week but then it would go away for a day or two but now I think I have it. Oh well, bring on the tea!

I did a little bit of baking this weekend before having to head back to school. I love baking! So I made some yummy banana muffins.

Yummy Recipe!

3 bananas mushed up
+
1.5 cups sugar
( I use half apple sauce half sugar)
+
2 eggs
+
3 cups whole wheat flour
+
.5 cup oil
+
4 tsp baking powder
..........
let sit for a little bit (I'm so exact can't you tell)
=
bake .5 hour at 350

Enjoy!

Blessings,
Amber
